El superintendente adjunto para servicios financieros de Alief ISD, Charles Woods conversa con el superintendente HD Chambers sobre la baja participación en el censo. Nos cuentan como más del 30% de los hogares del área de Houston no respondieron al censo 2010, lo que se estima resultará en pérdidas de casi $16,000 por persona, para la ciudad de Houston, en concepto de educación, servicios de emergencia e infraestructura, entre el 2020 y el 2030.
